Competition 2008-2009

I'm planning to compete again during the 2008-2009 competition season. My target is to weigh 185-190 lbs. by the middle of 2008, so that I can weigh between 170-175 lbs. on contest day in 2008-2009. I'll post progress pictures as I go. If you have any questions or comments, e-mail me at
